This morning we left Hicks Bay behind us and travelled on round the East Cape visiting some lovely secluded bays.

Turning off SH35 at Potaka we detoured down a dirt road to Lottin Point. We had been informed by sister Susan this is a must visit bay. Unfortunately the day we visited the sea was a bit rough and neither of us fancied snorkelling there. On another day it would have been ideal.

After visiting several other bays we finally stopped at Te Kaha.
